Strawberry Pretzel Dessert

Ingredients:

2 cups pretzels, crushed

¾ cup butter, melted

3 Tablespoons white sugar

1 8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup white sugar

1 8 oz Cool Whip

2 3 oz pkgs. Strawberry gelatin

2 cups boiling water

2 10oz pkgs. Frozen strawberries


Directions:

Preheat oven to 400*. Mix pretzels, melted butter, and 3 Tablespoons sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan and bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix cream cheese and 1 cup sugar, fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries and let set for 5 minutes, then spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set.
