Strawberry Butter

Ingredients:

1 ½ sticks butter, softened

1 ½ cups powdered sugar

5-6 fresh sliced strawberries


Directions: Place strawberries into a food processor for just a minute. Don’t puree them, just process them gently. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add strawberries and mix well. Place in refrigerator, but take out about 30 minutes before serving. You can use a cookie scoop to make tiny balls of butter for guests, or just use a knife and put it on your favorite bread!
