Bailey’s Irish Float
Ingredients:
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 c. Guinness
½ c. Bailey’s
¼ c. hot fudge and caramel sauce
Directions:
Scoop three scoops of ice cream each into two tall glasses
Pour 1 cup Guinness and ¼ cup Bailey’s over each serving
Drizzle with hot fudge and caramel sauce, and top with whipped cream
Serve immediately
