Easy Appetizer Cutouts
1 pie crust
1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Cucumber slices
Chopped chives
Dill Weed
Green Onion Slices
Radish slices
Carrot curls
Pimento slices
Parsley
Cleaned small shrimp
Directions:
Roll out pie crust(s), depending on how many you want to make. 1 pie crust should make about 2 dozen.
Cut out shapes with 2 ½ inch cutters. Place cut-outs on ungreased cookie sheet; prick each several times with a fork. Bake at 425° for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool. Combine cream cheese, milk, onion salt, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well. When well blended, spread on cut-outs; top with remaining ingredients as desired.
