BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
8 Tablespoons vinegar
4 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup chopped onion
8 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 cup catsup
1 cup A1 sauce
1 cup Heinz 57 sauce
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Brush on after meat has been seared.
Basting Sauce for Shrimp/Meat Kabobs
Ingredients:
½ stick butter
6 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
Melt butter and add sauce, stir well and baste every couple of minutes. Great when mixed with ‘The Stuff’ from Erwin’s.
