Barbequed Lamb

Ingredients:

2 lbs lamb breast

1 onion chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 can tomato sauce

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 ½ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon pepper

Dash of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:

Have meat cut into pieces. (Lamb is really tender, we cut our own.)Brown slowly on all sides, pouring off fat as it accumulates.  Put the meat into large, covered casserole dish.  Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.  Cover; bake in a moderate oven, 350°, for 1 hour.
