McKenzie, TN: Southern Fried and Sweet Tea Festival in McKenzie — August 23 - 24th, 2019

Nothing is more Southern than delicious fried foods washed down with a glass of sweet tea! From fried chicken to fried green tomatoes, this festival has got it all! Halls, TN: Lauderdale County Fair — August 29th - 31st, 2019 

The 16th annual Lauderdale County Fair will be filled with vendors, rides, games, and food at the end of August! Admission is free for all ages. Camden, TN: Bargain Highway — August 30th - 31st, 2019

Over Labor Day weekend(August 30-31st) parts of Hwy 70 and Hwy 641 are transformed into the “Bargain Highway,” a 30-mile yard sale! The free annual event offers lots of deals, treasures and delicious food.

The shopping excursion starts at I-40 exit 126 and Hwy 641 North. Follow the deals on Hwy. 69 from Holladay, TN through Camden TN and all the way to Big Sandy, TN.
