Emerald Isle Salad

Ingredients:

2 pkg. Lime Jello

1 pkg. Lemon Jello

1 small can drained crushed pineapple (save juice)

¼ lb miniature marshmallows

1 8oz. Pkg. cream cheese, cut into small chunks

½ cup Miracle Whip

1 cup whipped cream

Directions:

Mix lime jello according to directions and pour into large salad dish.  Chill until firm. Mix lemon Jello with hot pineapple juice and water to make 2 cups.  Combine marshmallows, cream cheese, Miracle Whip, and the drained crushed pineapple. Add to the warm lemon Jello.  Fold in whipped cream. Pour gently on top of lime Jello. Return to refrigerator.
