Brooklyn's Birthday Bash
On June 30th of 2018, Brooklyn Bernard celebrated turning one year old. The party was held at the Bernard home and it was a lot warmer then than it is now in January. In fact, it was sunny and very hot. The theme of the party was everything red, white, and blue. This patriotic summertime birthday will have you longing for the days of summer to return!
In attendance was Brooklyn’s parents, Channing and Amanda Bernard, along with both sets of grandparents, great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends… to name a few! Guests dined on hot dogs, chicken sliders, fruits, veggies, and of course… cake! Crave Sweets in Arlington, TN provided the white cake with sparkly white icing and red and blue sprinkles. Red, white, and blue cake balls were arranged perfectly to portray an American flag. The tables were lined with themed photos of Brooklyn, themed cookies, gumballs, Twizzlers, lemonade, and American Flags: a must have! Smashing into her delectable cake was reportedly Brooklyn’s favorite part (along with a few other guests as well)!
Channing and Amanda’s favorite part was getting to spend time with their loved ones in celebration of Brooklyn’s first year of life, and watching her joyfully playing with friends and opening her gifts. Brooklyn received a water table, tricycle, toys for her baby dolls, dog sprinkler, bubble machine, and much more!
From the American flags to the friends and family, right down to the sprinkles on the cake… this party has summertime written all over it!
