Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
1 Pie Shell
1 ½ cup fresh pumpkin
¾ cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 ¼ cup milk
¼ cup PET milk
1 small lump butter
Directions:
Combine in order, mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400* for 40 minutes to 1 hour. When a knife comes out clean, pie is ready. Let cool and then top with homemade whipped cream. (1 small carton whipping cream, beat until it forms soft peaks, add and fold in ¾ cup sugar and a dash of vanilla)
