Captain Rodney's Dip

(Courtesy of the National Bird Dog Museum.  They served this at their Gift Shop open house - we loved it and got the recipe!)

Ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese

½ cup mayo

2 green onions, chopped

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8-10 Ritz crackers, crumbled

½ cup bacon bits

½ cup Captain Rodney’s Boucan

Directions:

Beat cream cheese and mayo until smooth.  Mix in green onions and cheddar cheese. Put in pie plate.  Top with crackers and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until hot.  Immediately pour Boucan glaze on top. Serve with Frito Scoops or crackers.
