Springtime Salad

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower, cut up

1 big bunch broccoli, cut up

¼ to ⅓ lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

1 red onion, chopped

¼ cup Ranch Dressing (buttermilk)*

1 cup mayo

2 Tablespoons vinegar

2 Tablespoons sugar

1 cup grated cheese

Directions:

Mix and sprinkle ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese on top.  Make a day ahead, if time allows.

*you can also use Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix and a cup of buttermilk
