Jelly Bean Cake

1 package strawberry cake mix, batter prepared

1 jar white frosting

1 cup jelly beans

1 can pink decorator frosting

½ can Eagle Brand milk

2 cups flaked coconut

1 teaspoon green food coloring

Directions:

Grease 2 round cake pans.  Preheat the oven to 350°.  Pour prepared strawberry cake mix batter into cake pans.  Cook for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Let layers cool.  Place 1 layer on a cake plate and then a layer of white frosting on top. Follow with a mixture of Eagle Brand, coconut, and green food coloring. Use this as a ‘grass’ layer.   Put the other layer on top.  Then frost the entire cake with white frosting. Scatter jelly beans all over the top and sides.  You may also put a little of the grass mixture around the edges of your cake plate with additional jelly beans!
