Creamy Topped Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

1 8 ounce package Cream Cheese

2 Tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

½ cup whipped heavy cream

½ cup powdered sugar

2 cups peach slices

2 cups blueberries

2 cups strawberry slices

2 cups grapes 

Pecans

(If the fruit is not in season, substitute with another of your favorites)

Directions

Combine cream cheese, juice, and peel, mixing until well blended. Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture; chill. Layer fruit in 2 ½ quart glass serving bowl. Top with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Chill
