Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:

1 can whole cranberry sauce

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

½ cup pecans

¼ pint sour cream

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a mold or shallow pan.  Freeze and serve with whipped cream or without. A sauce made from orange juice, lemon juice, and mayonnaise was also suggested with this recipe - no directions were given, so I’m guessing it was a ‘just to taste’ thing!
