Blue Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

12 ounces cream cheese

6 ounces blue cheese

6 ounces Cheddar Cheese spread - if it’s not the holidays, and you can’t find the little jars of cheese, squirt cheese (processed cheese) works.  The bacon-flavored Old English jars work the best!

2 Tablespoons grated onion - or onion flakes

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

⅛ teaspoon MSG - which we replaced with garlic salt

1 cup ground pecans

½ cup chopped parsley

Directions:

Combine first six ingredients. Stir in ½ cup pecans and ¼ cup parsley. Shape into a ball. Wrap in plastic film (Saran Wrap), then foil. Refrigerate overnight. About 1 hour before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining pecans and parsley.
