Mac's Ballerina Brunch
Every little girl at one point or another puts on her ballet shoes and dances their little heart out. For Mackenzie Heath, the daughter of Trey and Lauren Heath, this is not something that is out of the ordinary on any given day. So, it was only fitting to throw her a ballerina themed brunch filled with all of the pink things a girl’s heart could desire for her sixth birthday! Mackenzie turned six years old on August 10th, 2018 and her Ballerina Brunch was held the following day on August 11th, 2018 at her home.
Mackenzie along with her puppy Kobe anxiously awaited the arrival of 35 of her closest family and friends at the front door of their home. Some of the guests included five of her grandparents and one great-grandparent. Once all of the guests arrived, the ballet began with a full brunch, complete with everything from Gibson’s Donuts to Shrimp and Grits, and of course Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets. As the guests dined, tutus and ballet shoes swiftly carried the little ones around and around the house, until it was time for cake and gifts.
Mackenzie was mostly excited to receive her giant yard Jenga set, her pottery barn chair, and her giant stuffed tiger that she can take with her to the Tiger games! However, her favorite part of the party was dancing and playing with her cousins and friends.
After cake and gifts, it was time for the pool party to begin. At this time in August, the weather was hot, but beautiful and perfect for swimming. Ballerinas exchanged their tutus for swimsuits and jumped right in. Some guests joined them, while others enjoyed mingling by the poolside or dangling their feet in the water.
Mac, from all of us here at Cypress, happy sixth birthday, sweet girl! Never stop dancing.
